General description: This is a full and complete production line for filling of drinks in Aluminum cans. Full and automatic process (as Turnkey project) with capacity up to 6 000 cans/hr of 330ml. Production process include all stages - from empty cans unloading, through filling, sealing and stacking, to the packed product in the storehouse after palletizing and pallet-wrapping. Main production modules (basic description):
Automatic water treatment equipment:
- Source: ordinary tap-water, wells, rivers, lakes or dams;
- Optional water source: seawater (at further request);
- Method of sterilization: UV (4 x 50W) & Ultra-filtration at 0.22µm;
- Total water consumption: about 5000 L/hr;
- Total pure water capacity: 3000 L/hr (about 60%);
- Pure water for beverage preparation: about 2000 l/hr (6000 x 330ml);
- Pure water for steam, cooling and cleaning: about 1000 l/hr;
Automatic beverage preparation and mixing system:
- Dosing and mixing machine for water and ingredients (sugar, syrups, concentrates, powders, flavours, colours, etc.);
- Homogenizing machine for high-grade emulsification of the solution;
- Carbonization machine for mixing of solution with CO2 with mixing ratio accuracy: 0.05 BVX;
- Common capacity of the system: up to 2000 l/hr;
Automatic de-palletizing system for the empty cans:
- Theoretical capacity: up to 15,000 cans/hr;
- Max. pallet sizes: 1200x1200x150mm;
- Total height of pallet: up to 2300mm;
Automatic can turning and washing system:
- Washing by fully sterilized water;
- Integrated system for collecting and recycling of rinse water (no need to discharge rinse water!);
- Theoretical capacity: up to 15,000 cans/hr;
Automatic filling-sealing machine (Monoblock 2-in-1):
- Working positions (heads): filler 20, capper 4;
- Chain distance: 114.3mm;
- Maximum (Theoretical) capacity: up to 8,500 cans/hr (330ml);
- Normal (Nominal) capacity: 6,000 cans/hr (330ml);
- Filling pressure: 0.25 ~ 0.35Mpa;
- Filling temperature: 0 ~ 6°C;
Automatic can warming and drying system:
- Tunnel-type machine for spraying by softened heated water and drying of the cans;
- Theoretical capacity: up to 15,000 cans/hr;
- Spraying Time: >9 min;
- Water Pressure: 0.2 ~ 0.3Mpa;
- Vapor Pressure: 0.6 ~ 0.8 Mpa;
- Steam Consumption: 400 kg/h (steam-generator is included in the full set of equipment!);
Automatic chemical cleaning (CIP) system for all machines in the production line:
- Working pressure: 0.3 ~ 0.7Mpa;
- Operating temperature: 60 ~ 138°C;
- Pump capacity: 10,000 l/h;
- Tanks: acid, alkaline and water;
Automatic liquid level inspection system (for the sealed cans):
- This device is absolutely necessary for non-transparent bottles (cans)!
- Maximum (Theoretical) capacity: up to 10,000 cans/hr;
- Min. time interval between cans: 10μs;
- Liquid level accuracy for static detection: 0.5mm (water);
- Service environment: Ambient temperature: 0 ~ 40°C;
- Relative humidity <95%;
- Temperature error: within 0 ~ 40°C;
- Compared with valve measured at 20°C, temperature error 0.25mm;
Automatic can turning and printing system:
- Theoretical capacity: up to 10,000 cans/hr;
- Integrated InkJet printer for LOT/Shelf-life (3-rows) on the bottom of the can;
Automatic system for tray forming, cans grouping in the trays and trays PE-shrink (click on image to view enlarged):

Automatic Pallet-wrapping machine:

- Rotation speed: 1-12 rpm/min (adjustable);
- Placing of stretch foil: by hand;
- Power conveyor: 2 m before and 2m after platform;
